The main characteristic of the DO Cigales is their differentiated rosé which has been the development of a mixture of high quality red (similar estructure as Ribera de Duero) and white varieties, given the settlement of these varieties to our soil, climate and cultural practices. It spans the northern sector of the Duero depression on both banks of the river Pisuerga. The vineyards are located at an average altitude of 750 meters, ranging from part of the municipality of Valladolid to Dueñas (Palencia).

If there is anything which characterizes the Ribeira Sacra are the hillside drawn by the stone terraces which reflects the millenary structures in the rivers Miño, Sil and their tributaries and they are divided among the city councils of the south of Lugo and the Ourense north. These terraces, built by the romans to cope with poverty and the strong land slopes, gives to the region a big singularity. They maintain what is called Heroic Viticulture...and indeed it is heoric.

The denomination of Origin Rías Baixas produces world class white wines, unique and prestigious. It spans a combination of areas in the East cost of Galicia which have vineyards down at the lower section of the river course up to only 300 meters above sea level. This climate of Atlantic influence produces mainly white wines, single-variety like Albariño. All of them pair perfectly with fish and sea food with distinctions and prizes in the most prestigious contests.

The Denomination of Origin Priorat has a very peculiar plot and climate. The vineyard is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 100 to 750 meters above sea level and slopes that have a gradient of 60% in some cases. As a result, the vineyard cannot be worked with farm machinery resulting in what is called heroic viticulture. Due to the soil and the region’s specific climate, vines planted here tend to suffer and as a result harvest yields are very low but it gives to the wines produced in this area a very unique personality.

The Denomination of Origin Rueda is a specialized area in making internationally renowned white wines. The production area included in the Denomination is located in the Region of Castilla y León and consists of 74 towns in the provinces of Valladolid, Segovia and Ávila. The different grape varieties grown here are irregularly scattered over the several municipal districts but the local Verdejo variety is the most common, and it is here where it achieves its best version.
